Whistle Blower Policy of IPPB
A Whistle Blower is an employee of IPPB, who lodges a complaint of unlawful conduct, malpractices, violation of any legal or regulatory provision, corruption or misuse of office by any employee of IPPB, addressing the complaint only to the Head Internal Audit (HIA), IPPB. The whistle blower (IPPB Staff) is entitled to the protection of his identity from disclosure.
The whistle blower’s complaint should be addressed via email or letter/post specifically super scribed as ‘Complaint under Whistle Blower Policy’ in format as specified in Annexure, to the Designated authority, whose contact particulars are as follows:

Annexure : WHISTLE BLOWER COMPLAINT FORM
The complaint can be filed (marked as confidential), strictly as per format specified in Annexure and should be in a closed cover and super scribed as ‘Complaint under Whistle Blower Policy’ via letter/post or email along with a brief note having details of the wrongdoing, evidence available etc. Don’t write identity other than first page of Annexure.
A complaint without identity proof will be treated as anonymous/ pseudonymous, and may not attract further action.
Complaints should not be lodged to settle personal grievance or with mala fide intention or HR related grievances.
