Process for Reactivation of Inoperative/Dormant Accounts
Savings/Current Accounts are classified as Inoperative/Dormant, if there is no Customer Induced Transaction (Financial or Non-Financial) or no KYC updation for last 2 Years.
Reactivation of Inoperative/Dormant Accounts-
Customers need to visit the IPPB access points/Banking outlets/ Branch and do Re-KYC.
