The Reserve Bank of India has been taking several initiatives to enhance financial education and awareness amongst the customers on extant regulations to protect their financial rights, safe banking practices & complaint redressal mechanism like Internal Grievances Redress and Alternative Grievance Redress AGR) mechanism of RBI.
As a part of the Reserve Bank of India’s initiatives, India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) is organizing several awareness and outreach programmes across India to facilitate financial inclusion for easy access to financial services. IPPB has the advantage of an extensive network of Department of Posts to reach the remotest part of India, believes that Financial Literacy is a powerful tool.
